Bear Creek Golf Club is a beautiful piece of property and consequently many different "constituencies" seek to enjoy it's beauty. However, the only persons who should ever be on the private property of the golf course are golfers who have checked in and received permission from the Pro Shop, Bear Creek employees, and persons being accompanied by a Bear Creek employee. Others may enjoy the beauty of the golf course "from a distance", from the roads, sidewalks, and properties adjacent to the golf course.
1. For their own safety, walkers, runners, cyclists, and everyone else must stay off of the golf course and cart paths. The Bear Creek subdivision is blessed with wide roadways and ample sidewalks to accommodate those seeking exercise venues.
2. Pet owners are not permitted to walk their dogs on Bear Creek Golf Course property and must use proper pet procedures and etiquette when doing so on subdivision roads, sidewalks, and common ground. When they use proper etiquette/procedures to clean up after their pets, they may not use golf course or clubhouse trash receptacles to dispose of their pet droppings.
3. The golf course is an attractive site for picture-taking by wedding parties holding ceremonies or receptions at Bear Creek. For the safety of the wedding parties and the convenience of golfers, photographs for wedding parties will be restricted to holes #17 and #18 and only with the accompaniment of a Bear Creek Management staff member.
4. Bear Creek homeowners or outside residents who own their own Private Golf Carts are not allowed to use them on the Bear Creek Golf Course Property at any time. If you want to play golf at Bear Creek Golf Club you must pay the regular Green fees and Cart fees and use Bear Creeks Golf Cart to play golf. Bear Creek Golf Club does have an annual golf pass holder ship which includes green fees and cart fees. Annual passholder who join annually on a regular basis, follow all the rules of Bear Creek Golf Club and live in the Bear Creek Subdivision can apply to use their golf cart on the property. The cart will need to meet certain requirements, overall commit to joining and their application approved by the owners of Bear Creek Golf Course.
Golf Course is on Private Property
No Trespassing Notice:
Bear Creek Golf Club would like to remind all homeowners and advise the public as well, that Sled Riding, Skiing, Skating on Ice, or any other activities are Not Allowed on Bear Creek Golf Course Property. This is consistent with our continued policy of No Trespassing on Bear Creek Golf Course Property.
Please make sure you remind all family members and guests of this policy. This is a year around policy and does include the winter months as well. Your cooperation in this matter is very important to the safety and well being of everyone involved.
Please Do Not Feed the Geese
For Everyone’s Benefit:
Attracting geese to our location can become everyone’s problem. When you feed the geese on your property they don’t stay on your property. They wander onto Bear Creek Golf Course and want to make the golf course their home. These geese leave a horrible manure mess on the golf course and in the lakes. Not only is it unsanitary, it is unpleasant for the other homeowners and golfers playing the course. This also adds a considerable amount of work for the maintenance staff. Sometimes on a daily basis, they must blow the manure off the greens and turf so that the golfers can play the course. The cart paths and walkways become embedded with goose manure making them very unpleasant to walk through. The manure ends up in the golfers golf spikes, on the floor mats of the golf carts and on the maintenance equipment. Please help your neighbors and us by not feeding the geese.
Thank you,
